yep, im cool

So, tokyo ended up being so much fun that i stayed an extra two days. and im glad i did, too. i made more gaijin friends in that week than i have in six months in osaka. i cant quite remember the exact order of events of everything i saw - but i will work it out from my camera, and post properly then. suffice to say that i saw a lot of interesting stuff, including probably all the places you guys would recognize. the second half of my stay was also alot more social, owing to having met a ton of people at my hostel, which kicked some serious bum. there was even drunken karaoke (i sang in japanese! fuck im cool!). All in all, it worked out even better than i expected. But its late here, and my host family is all asleep - aside from Hiroe, who is in Hong Kong for a week - how cool is that? Anyway, i should be getting to bed too. However, stay tuned, because once i get some stuff out of the way (Yuka`s grad, Em`s c-section and subsequent baby (!)) and get my post stuff all organized, i can assure you they will be interesting. im sure you guys want to hear about the *cough* social aspects of my trip, right? Anyway, im home, im alive, and almost nothing bad happened to me in tokyo - except i lost an earring i really like, and i suck at reading maps. Thats right, i managed TOKYO alone. its that time again, people. Sing my praises.
